At Next One BC, we believe basketball is more than the X’s and O’s. We embody development, intensity, and a love for the game. We believe in elite development that can also be accessible and encouraging. The goal is to teach values of hard work, resilience, and teamwork!

Meet the Director

Meet Coach P

Bailey Polisso played 3 years of varsity basketball at Mountain View High School. She then went on to play one year at San Jose City College. After finishing her playing career, her coaching career started at Los Gatos High School as the head JV coach and Varsity assistant. In those 3 seasons, she had winning records with JV and helped take the varsity team to a league championship, qualified for CCS open division playoffs, and make a Nor-Cal playoff run. She went on to coach at Saint Francis high school where in her 9 years there assisted getting to the CCS open division playoffs, Division II Nor-Cal Semis, 2 CCS championship games, and has 1 CCS Division II championship. She then went ont to get the head coaching job at Evergreen Valley High school where in her first year was able to qualify for CCS playoffs.
